By joining IndiaBannerAd.com you declare that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Only sites related to India or operated from India may join the network.

Our ad code should not be placed on any web site or web page that has adult content or or content that can be interpreted as illegal.

We reserve the right to accept or reject the banner that you supply.

Submitting misleading or incorrect information to us may cause immediate termination of your account.

IndiaBannerAd.com reserves the right to terminate the account any time.

Any page that carries the code supplied by IndiaBannerAd.com should not have any embedded coding to automatically refresh the page. We consider automatic refreshing of pages with banners served from IndiaBannerAd.com as improper practice and will lead to termination of your account.

IndiaBannerAd.com holds no responsibility for any damage occurring consequent to placing our code on your site.

Our code on your website may display banners of participating websites and other banners that we find appropriate. If any of the banner displayed on your web-site, through our code, is directing the user to adult website or website with illegal contents, you may notify us at your earliest and we will terminate that (those) account(s).

Members can cancel their account any time they want by notifying IndiaBannerAd.com. When an account with us is closed, the account holder is required to remove all our codes from their web pages.

All violators will have their account terminated without notice.

All banners must be visible within the first 500 pixels (first screen size) of the page.

IndiaBannerAd.com reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions.
